"What a great company! Our dryer broke on a Sunday and I was able to have someone come out midday Monday. Our repair technician Bubba was so kind and knowledgeable. Our issue was a broken fuse in the dryer that would have to be ordered. So, not a quick fix because it would take about a week. We have opted to purchase a new dryer due to the age and condition of our current dryer. Bubba gave some great advice on what to look for in a new model. I was very pleased with the level of service we received. The scheduler, Derek was fantastic as well, he was very clear about the $99 diagnostic fee and what that covered so there were no surprises. Thank you! Will definitely use them again, but hopefully we won’t have to."
