"What a great move we had. We have moved 18 times in 44 years and this was the best company we have ever used. The moving team was amazing and very accommodating. Was surprised at how professional and fast. The other companies in Utah always went 2 to 3 hundred over the estimated cost. Big boy came in at the exact estimate! "My business partner was at the house while the movers were there. The first hour they were so slow she had to call me and ask me on speakerphone how long this would take. I mentioned I was a military wife for 12 years and they should be almost done. That’s when the movers picked up the pace. But still changed us for the extra half hour. It was under a different name, I believe Gordon as the last name. It was a house in Orem on March 11th"

"We had a very heavy hospital bed to move into our house and up some stairs. The crew arrived on time and saw they needed more manpower. In a short time the needed help arrived. The bed was lifted up the stairs and placed in the wanted room. They were kind and respectful to us and our home. I would recommend Big Boys Movers."
"I wouldn’t really recommend their services. The movers dropped some drawers from my dresser in the truck on their way to my new place. My bed frame was also damaged in the truck. I got a liability check to cover the damages but it was really frustrating and unfortunate that this happened and I had to deal with this on top of the stress the move already is. The two stars are for how nice the movers were, they apologized for the damage and gave the phone number to call to deal with the issue. The experience itself just wasn’t great. When it can time to pay they rounded up the time. Their website says they go by 15 min intervals and they definitely didn’t go by that. Charged me for an extra 15min. They also got lost finding my new place even though I was in front of them, all on the clock. I ended paying a lot more than I had planned. I should’ve gone with a different company and regret using their service. I suggest their movers get more proper training and make sure all furniture is safe so this doesn’t happen to other people."
