"Came in for a walk in passport renewal for my daughter. Got here at 8:30am and waited a whole hr. with 3 little ones. All for nothing. Once we got to the front and were next. Mindy stated that the people she was helping would be the last ones since she had an appointment at 9:30. This happened at 9:15. She was close to finishing. I feel like she could’ve got us in. We were waiting the same amount of time as the 4 guest in front of us. She took the time to learn about each persons life and where they came from as well as her personal life. Yet couldn’t squeeze us in. If post office has someone (only 1 person) doing walk ins I feel like they should be a lot faster. Specially if they see other people waiting. Bad experience."

"My $100+ package is now just floating in limbo somewhere thanks to a lazy driver working out of this location. This package, which had already been delayed for nearly two weeks and contains important equipment needed so that I can do my job, was marked as being delivered to a family member's locked mailbox yesterday. I live in another county (I was originally expecting the package to arrive while I was staying with them) so they looked for it on my behalf. They searched the mailbox, the area around the house, and even inquired with the neighbors, but nothing has turned up. I was informed that supposedly packages in the area will sometimes be marked as delivered, and then kept on the delivery truck for a few more days just so the drivers can say they met the delivery date. While I can't verify if that is true, either that is the case or the driver left my package in the wrong mailbox, which I obviously don't have access to because they're locked. I've tried calling the post office directly to see if the package is still at their location, but the phone has been off the hook whenever I've called. I'm not going to drive 50 miles to inquire about the package in person, so apparently I just get to wait while this has a direct negative impact on my ability to work. Thanks for lying so that you don't have to do your job, random delivery driver. I hope you get fired."

"We live in the exchange condos on 2100 south and living on the third floor- we have had 3 packages stolen because some lazy mailmen who don’t want to go up the stairs- they decided to put them by the garage!! ( our packages don’t weigh over 2 pounds) I buy from small businesses they don’t always don’t guarantee a refund and I have lost so much money from YOUR LAZY POST OFFICE!! We have a mailbox that has big box spaces that they could’ve put it in there and to ensure that we get our package safely??!!"

"This location has the worst service of any postal office I have ever dealt with. The driver (Bryce) for the route by our home has refused to pick up packages from us. We have put them in USPS bags and boxes, we have printed end of day scan forms, we have moved them to the street for easier access, and many other things to make it easier for the driver and he has refused to pick up. I have spoken with two different USPS supervisors at the site, one of them was Dave, and have been assured that they would talk to him. Nothing has changed, they just tell me I should pay the $25 for guaranteed pick up per day. UPS charges $4 for guaranteed pick up for comparison. We have never had an issues in the past with other locations we have lived near, but this location in Lehi has some of the worst staff with a huge lack in customer service. We spend about $20,000/year with the post office and would expect at least some support for a regular customer but they couldn't care less. The supervisor told me that the drivers are paid a flat rate based on their route, so it incentifies them to finish theirs routes as quick as possible since they get paid the same whether it takes them 5 hours or 10 hours. This comes at the expense of paying customers as we have seen in our case. It wouldn't be such a big deal if USPS would build a location closer to the 150k people living in eagle mountain and saratoga springs, then we wouldnt need to plan out an hour+ each day driving to the post office and back."
