"I joined Doc Flowers thanks to a friend who decided to rep for them. A few months down the track I was informed that the package deal I was on was no longer available and they had repackaged, effectively doubling my order. I was then charged twice over this period. Over 6 months of battling to get a refund and eventually I gave up, contacting my credit card company to fight the battle for me. Needless to say my friend quickly realised through her own experience that this is not the conscience company it makes out to be - she no longer reps for them and I certainly no longer use their products."
