"I bought cactus soil here to repot my 7 year old cacti. It was supposed to be the right kind to allow drainage. I followed the recommendation of the worker that day and the repotting went fine. One month later, no watering until yesterday, and they both have root rot like the water never drained after the repotting.They’ve been living in the same spots for about over three years now just fine. All that has changed is this soil. I’m really heartbroken because I have had these plants in three homes, I have repotted both before, and they are just really important to me. I was using regular soil from my garden before and y’all told me that was wrong, so I just wish I had never trusted this place. The worker suggested some ways to try and save them (cutting the rot and letting it callous over before replanting), but it’s really desperate. *Edit* It's about a week later. They are both dead now."

"Love this place! Environment is beautiful and tranquil. I shop there for annuals in the spring, house plants, pots, and holiday bulbs there in fall. Here is the amaryllis bulb in the pot I purchased last month. The variety is Magical Touch. Was a gorgeous healthy bulb and now it’s 30” tall with three stems of 6” blooms coming in."

"Stunning, beautiful bouquets. We had an awards gala and they made us 3 gorgeous bouquets for our winners. I would never go anywhere else after that experience because they were literally breathtaking. Also I attended a baby shower there and they taught us how to make small arrangements that we each created ourselves and took home. I'm not sure who did the food but it was delicious. Simply never had a bad experience with Cactus & Tropicals at either location."
