"Update: Shortly after this experience the owner reached out to me via phone and apologized for my experience. He gave me the opportunity to explain what happened and then offered to help me however he could. He ended up rounding up the flowers I needed and had them delivered in time for me to fulfill my customer orders. I really appreciate a business that values every customer and go above and beyond to correct a wrong. I will definitely be going back. I've used Red Mountain bc they are the closest wholesaler to me, but I might have to sacrifice convenience and find a new one because they left me high and dry on my most recent order. I ordered flowers for some graduation projects this week and I placed the order last week. I was told it would be here for me, which I rely on when taking orders. When I picked it up I realize they had messed up the order. They had a previous order I had already picked up prior to Mother's Day and only filled half of my actual order. Now I'm left scrambling trying to find what I need so I can fulfill my orders and not disappoint seniors graduating this week after a year of so many disappointments already. Not to mention it's the week after mother's day and everyone is cleaned out. Luckily, I found a wholesaler in SL that personally called me and is willing to help find what I need. That's the type of business I expect and want to do business with, not one that just simply says, "sorry." It's frustrating bc it's my reputation on the line, especially as I'm just starting out and trying to establish myself in this industry. Looks like I'll be driving north from now on."
