Prime Storage

"Was originally storem self storage never had a problem till it became prime storage.Original owners never had acproblem with payments processing though my acount i have filled out paper work when the new owners took possession for auto pay of unet thay prossesed for a mounth then stoped locked my unit with there lock and i had to buy a lock do to it and pay the fees eventhough i filled paper work out in the office as well as esined with them online and have the copy to prove it at this time do to them locking and cutting my lock off the unet i have a feeling thay know the value of the content of my storage and thay are trying to get it on a defalt non payment storage owners be aware of the this new owners shady activity and the attempt of theft by deseption. DO NOT RENT HEAR THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE AND OTHERE STORAGE OWNERS IN THE COMPLEX ARE SAYING THE SAME THING GET YOUR STUFF OUT IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY."

"When I moved my trailer in the lady that led me to my spot led me thru the middle of the buildings. The road looks like a roller coaster, needless to say because of the topography my trailer bottomed out, got stuck and damaged the underside of the trailer. The lady was unaware what she was doing and had no remorse. I contacted prime storage directly about this issue and they said someone would reach out to me to find a solution, it's been 2 months and I haven't heard anything. Bottom line there is better places to use for storage, try others first."

"I called to check prices and availability, customer service agent hung up on me when I mentioned checking other company’s to compare pricing. Wouldn’t recommend. However Pink Door storage is amazing & friendly."

"The first storage unite they rented me was full of someone else's stuff. They gave me another one. I had the rental truck in front of my friends house I rent from. He walked in the truck and looked at my furniture. He loved my nice things. He said you can move it all in the house. And store the rest in my garage. I never moved anything in prime storage. They won't give you any money back. And are billing me for both units."

"At this point in time.. I cannot recommend. I rented a unit 3 weeks ago and when I log in it says I have no units rented. I have called facility they verify unit is in fact rented and they referred me to call customer service technical support ( called twice now) and they say it will be fixed.. that they are working on it . Now 2 weeks later I still cannot access unit info (pay for unit, get my access code, and actually see I have a rental unit). This is ridiculous at this point and I can’t get anyone to help fix issue. Will update review if or when issues are resolved. One note: manager onsite is a sweet gal and has exceptional customer service!! But technical part is not her job."
