"I've used this locations more than once, since my siblings live in Utah. They both raved about the cake the cupcakes the bear the flowers and of course the ripe delicious fruit. The service was exceptional and seamless. Thanks for making my attempt to spoil my sister's possible, Sincerely."

"I ordered flowers for a co-worker who lost a loved one and an edible arrangement for another. They forgot the flowers and just grabbed some from the back. I didn't realize the flowers were wrong until I returned to the office. I have called the store many times trying to talk to their manager, with no success. I was charged $85 and received an arrangement you could pick up at a local grocery store. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I finally spoke to the manager, who said that since I picked up the flowers, I accepted them and corporate wouldn't refund them but would ask. She NEVER got back to me. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. The first image is what I ordered, the second is what I received."

"I ordered 2 plush puppies, 12 strawberries and a XOXO sleeve. I just got a box with 12 chocolate covered strawberries. There is no way 12 chocolate covered strawberries are $114 dollars. I’ve tried calling them and I’m on hold for 10 mins. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a company. The strawberries are not even ripe. Bunch of junk for nothing. Hopefully they can make it right and do a refund. The strawberries look disgusting. I highly wouldn’t recommend this place. Let’s see how their customer service is if they call back."

"The fruits/arrangements were decent quality and delicious, however, customer satisfaction seems to mean nothing. Some items were different than what I had ordered and there was no communication on if substitutes were going to be made. The worst part is I designed a custom card, that I spent a lot of time on and paid extra for, and was arguably the most significant/sentimental part of the gift for my spouse, and it did not arrive with the order. I submitted a customer service request and was told I would hear from someone within 48 hours, but a week later and I've heard nothing. 0/10 would not recommend ordering from this company."

"My step mother had ordered the fruit box for me as a get well from a surgery I just had this week. The box was missing items and the bananas were very bruised. I called and was told a replacement box would arrive today: no delivery and now they are closed to ask what happened. This is very unacceptable. The items I received did not look like what is on the website as the fruit box. I'll have my step mother call and get her money back."
