"I am quite disappointed with my experience. I called him several times to follow up with my return because I hadn't received a portion and had waited longer than normal. I left messages and never received a call back, luckily I ended up receiving the other half. I felt everything was so disorganized, I received an invoice almost a year later to pay for my services. I never received a copy of my return from my taxes last year, so when I had to file this year I called and requested an email to be sent of my last year return, over the phone I was treated as if I was an annoyance. AND I never received the email. So when I call again, you'd think they'd be apologetic, but instead I was interrupted and given quite the attitude. I personally think that when you are running a business and wanting to stand out among the rest, that customer service should be your number one priority. It is so important to treat your customers with respect and courtesy. Their cumstomer service was less than sub-par and I will never be using them again or going through an accountant for that matter."

"I would absolutely avoid this man, especially the families who have a spouse that travels for work. 7 other traveling families have been audited and he has been hell to work with. We are waiting for our letter informing us of our audit. He claims he will "help" and then avoids you. DO NOT RISK going to him!"

"Years ago I went to H&R Block. The guy behind the counter who appeared very unorganized & unexperienced told me that my taxes would cost me $260. When I asked Craig who i met through a family he told me he would give me a flat rate $100. Now days my taxes are a lot more complicated and my cost has gone up to $200. That is still cheaper than H&R original price. Craig has always been kind, and always finds things that I have overlooked or missed. With the tax season coming up we are definitely going to be calling Craig."
