"I was recommended to them by a friend. I met with an employee in person in their office , and they were very friend helpful. She said they could help with any questions. When I actually started doing my taxes with them, I couldn’t get my questions answered by email. They said if I had additional questions I could do a Zoom call. I had a zoom chat and I asked him about what can be considered business expenses, and also how much I have to pay on a retirement fund withdrawal. It was a frustrating call because the employee spoke to me like I was a tax expert, and I didn’t know half the words he was using. He also said he couldn’t help answer my question about how much I would pay on the retirement withdrawal, and I would have to talk to the owner, Brent. I felt the call and employee was not helpful. Then they charged me $200 for the 30 minute Zoom call. I didn’t get the info I needed, and paid $945 to have my taxes filed. I won’t be going back."
