"my fiance found this company at a bridal show and got a nice coupon for a ring. I was hesitant at first with their low-end looking website and lack of reviews but I went for it. I got sized at a local jeweler at a 13 and ordered the tungsten LV985 from their site. After receiving it in the mail not even a week later, it was way too big. With their free, 1st time exchange, I went down a size to a 12.5. This ring came and it was still too big so I exchanged it again but had to pay the $40. I went down to an 11.5, and of course, the ring was too small. I called Bruce, at VitaSteel, and explained the situation and he instantly knew my order and told me he would wave the exchange charge and send the size 12. I got the ring and it fits and looks great. A bit of a sizing headache but it worked out in the end."
