"I was taken in for. Wish it was a zero. Iasked for the price of the earrings. The sales associate said it will be this much with maintenance. I did not ask what the price without maintenance was. I did not realize there was a separate fee for maintenance. The fee they charged me was $40 on a pair of $100 earrings and the same fee for a second pair that was $150. I would rather have just spent $80 dollars more on jewelry and not their bottom line for not being worth it. About 40% upsell and I looked at the receipt in the car. I will not be going back again Update 1-29-2024 I just received a catalogue in the mail. I did not sign up to receive them. The only thing I think this came from was, the sales associate asked for ID when helping "ring" me up. I made a dumb decision and gave it to the sales associate. Please do not give them your ID unless you want the warranty and unwanted catalogues. I did not give them my email at this time of checkout so maybe that is what they do, send you paper catalogues. I will no longer give any information on purchases that do not need it. This was my fault this time. Please keep yourself out of their system and pay with cash or let them get whatever information from the card transaction. I hope you may have a better experience."

"My boyfriend only will buy jewelry from Morgan’s for me and I have to say they have been so good to us I recently broke my chain on a necklace I got as a birthday gift a couple years ago we did get the warranty but we called they said bring it in we can fix it no problem. Every piece of jewelry we have gotten here has been very good quality and we have had amazing customer service."
