"I used to love coming here when I was younger. I don't understand what has happened. The Arby's closer to home will forever be my only Arby's. The kid told me it would only be 5 minutes I've been sitting here 10. My car is the only one in the parking lot and I still have to wait here this long!?!?!? Everytime I have glanced on to see where the food is the two teenagers running the front are just flirting with one another while another employee is focused on eating his own food (must be nice). After receiving my meal everything was correct but my sliders had so much sauce that the rolls were soggy before I made it out of the parking lot....such a shame to see such a great establishment slip so far."
"I love when Arby's has their fish sandwiches! I've been comparing~ (from 4 different fast food restaurants at this point) & Arby's deluxe fish sandwich on Hawaiian bread has won the contest thus far!! Super yummy!!"
"Love Arby's as chain for quality of food and their taste of burgers. Our kids love fries , sliders and I love their chicken burgers , buffalo chicken wrap. The manager here is outstanding and very friendly. It was a great experience at this center !"
"Went thru the drive thru and ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. When I got home and opened it there was meat stuck to the bun like it had been sat on a messy counter. The meat was also mostly chunks of the end of a roast. They were dry, hard, and unedible. There was no one else in line or in the store so I don't know why my order looked like it was made of leftovers. The fries were barely warm and tasted stale and there was no dipping sauce for the Mozzarella sticks. Very disappointed."
"This is the 3rd time I've gotten food here and the 3rd time I've had my order screwed up and gotten dry roast beef thrown at me on a hastily slapped together sandwich that wasn't complete They had my food out so fast I knew for a fact they hadn't done what I had asked for- which was extra cheese and salt. Felt like the workers wanted me out of there asap with no care go their service quality."
