"Absolutely gross! I'm standing here 3rd in line for the shower on the truck side. I watched the young guy just take towels(dirty) and just put clean ones in without cleaning the shower!!!! Is this the way LOVES does business when it's busy. NO INTEGRITY in it all."

"Fuel island covered in diesel. Air chuck doesn't work well enough to fill a tire. Tire pass - out of order. 3 out of 4 coffee machines - out of order. Chilled cream machines - both out of order. Iced coffee - out of order. Ice machine - out of order. Coffee cream/stir sticks - none. Dirty bathrooms, dirty floors, understaffed and mismanaged; which is crazy for how busy they are."
