"Everytime I walk in I’m greeted with friendly smiles, I got a promise ring from here back in July and I’m absolutely in love with it still. The staff there are so friendly and willing to help, usually I get nervous cause I know sometimes sales people can be pushy but not here at Kay’s! I do want to say Eilish gives beyond exceptional service, has the best smile and is so knowledgeable and compassionate. I come in every few months to get my ring cleaned and everyone is so generous about it I feel truly taken care of, I’ll be back for when i shop for an engagement/wedding ring!"
