"False advertisement! There was a sign on one of the clearance racks that said 12 for 12 dollars or 2 dollars each. The employee refused to give us the advertised price. Safe to say, we will NEVER be coming back to this location. It is not our fault that you have signs up for the wrong pricing!"

"I walked in looking for specific pair of earrings for my girlfriend that she had seen there before. I didn’t see them anywhere so I asked Sarah if she could look in the back and she just wondered off to a different part of the store. Didn’t even go in the back and started fixing stuff in the shelves. Terrible service"
"Got 4 piercings, after 3 weeks I took them out as instructed and couldn't get one back in. Went back to store, the Mgr was able to get it back in with some assistance but it was pierced very crooked so she said if it happens again come back in and we'll pierce it again for free. 2 weeks later same thing went back in expecting to get my earring back in. But because I didn't have my reciept.(they had a copy btw) and my 163.00 transaction from my bank the same Mgr that told me to come back in wouldn't do it. They were going to charge me 50 and some change to do it. Needless to say I walked... they told me I had zero recourse! This is my 2nd negative review in my life. So I'm very very very unhappy and now will never shop there again. Ridiculous customer service"
