"Dylan was able to clean up my computer and ipads and add an anti-virus package. He was very competent and customer service minded. I highly recommend him. The 5-Star rating is for Dylan. On the other hand, I just called 3 more times to set an appointment to bring in 2 more computers and was routed to your ridiculous customer answering service that was never able to direct me to the Geek Squad at the Best Buy in Farmington Station, UT. I guess that the best way to get "service" is to walk in without an appointment. I give your answering service a minus 5-Star rating. Pathetic!"

"Employees are super friendly and do what they can but they're usually overbooked and pretty busy. Sometimes they can take a while to get to you but they've repaired two of my phones and did a great job both times."
"Very Rude and condescending. They told me they'd help me install a hard drive that I bought from best buy and put windows on it for 99$. They had a sells man sell me the hard drive, then broke it to me that they won't be helping me in the slightest after I bought it "yeah we can help you with that any time" the guy on the phone said. I was bummed, I was excited to have a geek squad experience. Good work computers horrible with people. There's no way any of these good reviews are legitimate.. no way"
