"Extremely rude employee. Young man (maybe 18-20), tall, with sparse teenager upper lip hair. If you're going to talk smack about your customers, maybe wait until they're out of the store. Don't walk up to the girl running the register and whisper and point as she rings the customer up. When the customer calls you out on it, it's better to apologize than to run away cowardly. Is this what your company teaches you? Where are your manners?"
