"Where to even begin. I will try to make this short. Within a year I have had two cases open with DCFS. They did not help at all and I felt like they didn't even care, I also felt like their was some conflict of interest and I didn't get a fair investigation. They lied, (yes I caught my supervisor in a lie on the phone) they made false reports, they switched my words around and misunderstood a lot and just ASSUMED! They didn't even do a full investigation they were about to close my case until I said something. The whole time they made me feel like they were siding with the other party. That's when I knew their had to be some conflict of interest going on because the supervisor is friends of the family. I felt like they did a terrible job interviewing my son they definitely need another person talking to the kids They don't know how to take notes they missed a lot of what I had to say and only put in what they wanted to say in the reports. Yes I did read the reports that were made and a lot were false information. Tooele DCFS needs to get it together for the sake of the kiddos!"

"My husband and I had experienced an inappropriate actions of the social worker John Wilson. He’s rude and unprofessional. He did not meet me in person and wrongfully accused me of something I did not do to my child. He’s doing a lousy job and should not be in his position."

"every single employee from Daphne ,julia and all the way to the so called boss lisa sorenson are not only incompetent and unprofessional.Dcfs is a contradiction to itself.keeping familys together is what they will say but its truthfully keeping familys apart playing off of someones weakness.its not about reunification its about bonus incentives for fostering or there service plans they propose to you that you must fullfill in order to be reunified with your kids .well after you jump througg there hoops and fulfill there plan,guess what your still not good enough or given what they said.i will not rest my mouth and my time until im heard and this office is rid of its crooked ness"
