"The only reason I believe they should have any stars, is they worked with me on payments and helped make it affordable. Other than that, this daycare is awful. All 3 of my kids have been so unhappy there and couldn’t wait to be done. My oldest was always getting in trouble for things she didn’t do. They never knew my kids’ names and couldn’t even remember which of my 3 was at the daycare. They would clock them in even if they weren’t there. My son has severe asthma and I have picked him up on 3 separate occasions where he was wheezing so bad. But the daycare didn’t say a word to me when I picked him up or even call me. His oxygen was at 84% this last time. And when I asked about it, they told me they had no idea he was having problems. The next day, I went and got my son, he went and got his backpack and I went to get his sisters. Then I went back to check on him and Bertha said they asked him to stay back to talk to her and the teacher. He’s 5… she said that he wasn’t coughing. I said no, he’s been coughing for days. The teacher then told me she wasn’t aware of his coughing. The next day I went to pick up his medications and they told me they were never given an inhaler. I said I gave it to them on his first day, it took her over 5 minutes and she had to call another staff member to help her find it. I’m very glad my kids don’t have to go here anymore and I’m extremely glad my son’s condition wasn’t worse. I trusted them to take care of my babies and they failed!!!"

"We love KidCare. Bertha is amazing and always willing to help and is so sweet with our kids. The facility is always clean and they decorate it so cute for every season/holiday. Both my kids have been happy with their teachers and look forward to going. They have also have a great summer program for the older kids with lots of activities and field trips."

"I love this daycare. My 3 year old had only been to 1 daycare since she was 7 months old prior to Kids Care Co and when I moved I needed to find another place to take her. When I found Kids Care Co I was pleasantly surprised. She has been there for almost 3 months now and is doing great. They provide good meals and snacks, and she is almost fully potty trained in just the couple months shes been there. She has adjusted to her new routine and made new little friends. The teachers are all very friendly and sweet. The building is clean and inviting with all the cute decorations and is also a safe environment. I would recommend to anyone looking in the this area for their littles."
