We got the right things at the right price and then a quick delivery and installation. The seal on the upright freezer became loose after a few months and Timberline came right out and replaced it. Works perfectly now, just like everything else. We’ll never shop anywhere else!"

"If you buy from here stay on top of them!! May 2023 I bought a 48 in oven from Chase at Timberline. He said it would take 190 days for it to get to his warehouse as it would be built in Italy. I was so excited and spent the $7500.00 on the oven. I didn't worry about the oven as I wasn't going to need it, as we just broke ground on our new build. I designed my whole kitchen around this oven. Fast forward to Dec 2023. I haven't heard a peep from them. I call asking about colors and hardware to order cabinet hardware. Which should be getting installed in a month. My oven is broken beyond repair in shipping! THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME!! That stove should have been delivered in Sept. So Sept to December not a single phone call. I got a refund. But I had to pay for extra cabinets and countertop I wasn't planning on. I'm seriously so disappointed in their customer service."

Since we have a nice MIL addition, it meant purchasing two of everything, washer/dryer combinations, stoves, ovens, microwaves (3), refrigerators/freezers etc. The pricing was awesome, and the customer service was exceptional!!
