"We recently purchased a house in North Salt Lake that had some carpet on a stairway and throughout the first floor (about 1,500 square feet total) we wished to replace with a durable and easy to clean surface due to our dogs. I received several bids from big box stores and decided to stop by The Floor Source as an alternative. Will Cruft greeted me at the store and helped me in a professional and unpressured manner to select the material that I wanted and even offered to come by later that same day to take the measurements and give me a bid. His bid came in the next day and was the most detailed and inclusive that we received and he detailed everything. We agreed and his team showed up 4 days later and worked at a lightening speed while doing beautiful work. Everything was completed beautifully as agreed - even reinstalling and caulking the baseboards which we had been told could be damaged and need repainting or replacement. Norman (the installer) and his crew were polite, professional, and proficient. We have nothing but raves to say about our entire experience with The Floor Source. First rate."
