"We had the best experience at the payson location. We do all of our projects diy. They were great to work with and we received a price quote very fast. We live 3 hours away and they were happy to accommodate our schedule knowing we wouldn’t have much time. They were very friendly on the phone and in person when we arrived. Pick up was extremely easy we were given our paid invoice and then were able to drive in the back for our products to be loaded. We didn’t have to lift a finger. We found something else we needed and they quickly got it ready and bent the panels for us. The guys in the shop were very helpful with all of our questions. Then at the front desk they quickly charged us. Everything was so easy, employees very friendly, and service was excellent. We will definitely do business with tri-state again. We love our roof and it was easy to install ourselves and everything was cut to the correct size we ordered. Thank you Tri-State!!!"
