"I highly recommend this company. I purchased TimberTech decking materials from them at a price much lower than any of the other businesses I'd shopped. Brad was knowledgeable and extremely helpful through the entire process. He was always willing to answer my myriad of questions. (Be aware that he is sometimes away from his desk, so sometimes you need to call a couple of times before the phone is answered.) When the decking materials were delivered, a few of the facia pieces had been damaged. Brad quickly resolved the issue by having the damaged pieces picked up and new ones delivered within a couple of days. Everyone at this business was friendly and helpful. I will definitely purchase building materials from them again."

"I don’t recommend working with this company. We ordered $921 worth of metal roofing on a September 21st, with a promised delivery of 9/26. The product was delivered a day late, and the order was incorrect. No one ever has any idea what’s going on, and the whole operation is incredibly disorganized. Though they still have our money, they’ve made no effort to make it right. We can’t even get them on the phone! The manager is never available when we call, yet he hasn’t returned any of our messages for two weeks. This isn’t just a terribly managed business, they don’t seem to care about delivering on their promises, or taking care of their customers. I will never do business with this company again. Avoid at all costs!"

"I needed a bag of specialty screws that are hard to come by. Scott sourced them for me so I could have them the next day. This required some phone calls and calling me back. He went the extra mile. He found what I needed where I had tried 5 other places with no luck. He called me back and took care of me. Service like I received today from Allied Building Products is becoming hard to find. I would make Allied my first call for finding building products. If they don't have it, they can find it and help you get it."

"We came to get some decking and we got there later than expected. The sales guy stayed late till we had everything we needed, helped us load it and gave us a discount on one of the item that was slightly damaged but totally fine for what we needed. Nice people and knew all the answers we needed."
