He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and flawlessly executed it. The level of precision and attention to detail they demonstrated was truly impressive. Not only that, but he is also a genuinely awesome person. They made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable. Knowing I had flight next day, he stayed back till early morning to get it done. "Scam artist not tattoo artist. Fred makes you pay 75% of the total of your tattoo and only does 50% of the job. He won’t call you back when you try to setup a time to finish your tattoo. Totally ghosts you. Leaves your tattoo with unfinished lines and searching for someone else to compete his half arsed work. At least his bills are paid that’s the way he treats people that aren’t celebrities or his “circle”. No ethics."

"My husband and I flew out from Virginia Beach, VA, last year so he could have Lala Ellsworth do his sleeve. We're back again this year for the other arm. Aside from Lala's obvious and AMAZING talent, we were impressed with every other aspect of Frost City Tattoo. It's clean, as in spotless-ready-for-your-mom-to-inspect-it clean! The atmosphere is super chill, inviting, eclectic, and frankly, relaxing. These guys even remembered us from last year. I know we'll keep flying out to see them. Highly recommend them! Especially for Polynesian artwork - unmatched talent throughout the building."
