"waited in the line for over 25 minutes in drive through. never heard them come on the speaker to take order. got to window and said I did not order yet because did not know if speaker worked. The guy at the window told me he would not take my order and that I had to wait in line again to get a drink. He would not serve me. I will not go back to beans and brews again because of this. I will support my local coffee shops where they have good service."
"Worst baristas I’ve ever seen. I had to turn around and go back to the store to get my drinks fixed. They were supposed to be frozen and I got 2 watered down, nasty excuses for coffee. Other locations do much better."
"This is single handedly the worst beans and brews coffeehouse I have EVER ordered from. Every time you put in a DoorDash order (scheduled or mot) the staff always cancel my order EVERY. TIME. On top of that, I called the 6 times just for them to purposefully let me go to voicemail."
