"On 09/11/2023, at noon, I encountered a staff member that is rude and lazy. When I inquired about gun services, he curtly replied with a simple "no." Then, when I asked if they had the AK sight adjuster, he once again responded curtly with a quick "no" without checking. Then stares at me awkwardly. This displayed a complete lack of manners, not even offering a polite response like, "I'm sorry, but we don't have that item in stock," or providing a recommendation on where to find a place that can clean firearms and/or has the item I wanted. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable, and I couldn't help but wonder if me being young or my ethnicity played a role in his attitude."

"Life’s a roller coaster, and people become strapped for cash at times. I’ve been to the vault several times to get loans on my personal items to which they reply “ we don’t take these”….. I’m not sure if they know how a pawnshop loan works. Somebody should explain it to them."

"Came in here yesterday to pick up some 9mm ammo. As I was looking in the display case for the handguns I seen a Glock 44 22LR. I was looking for a little plinker eventually to come along and Bruce had one in stock for a great price. Without hesitation one of the gentleman handed it to me and I instantly said I’ll take it. Excellent experience and as usual will be coming back. Thank you guys!! Picked up a mark 23 recently. Perfect shop."

I have purchased two guns from them at a time when it has been hard to find guns period, yet they seem to get a steady stream of the most desireable guns in. Amazing!
