"Lotus was such a sweetheart when I came through the drive thru. Awesome energy and customer service."
"I don't know what it is about this BnB but their priority is the drive-thru and the online orders. So do not walk in. I like to walk in when I'm ordering more than a couple of drinks it's just easier. They will either ignore you or not get your order correct. I will be switching to Starbucks thank you very much."
"Terrible coffee, what service?, I asked for two cappuccinos and I got some sweet caramel mocha something, its funny. I ask for small size, I got large. Everyone needs to improve their barista skills and coffee culture. Espresso is italian, not american, learn how to do it, if you want to serve it."
"It is the first time that I've been to beans and brews coffee House in Salt Lake City Utah. It is quite a different experience to go and try some specialty coffee place compared to other franchise well known coffee houses in the country. My experience is very positive very friendly staff very knowledgeable I ask for help to figure out my needs this evening and there was right on top I'm very impressed drive through was open facility was clean and I'm going to share some pictures with you so you can experience yourself.
