"I have taken my three boys here but only had one son who has wanted to come back to GOAT. Our most recent trip was scheduled at 11:05. I admit we were 2 minutes late. After waiting for a short time for him to get called back, the man cutting his hair told my son that we were 10 minutes late and therefore he would not give him the whole service we scheduled…and then charged us for it. I didn’t know until we were on our way home. His appointment was unusually fast today. These guys are expensive and are the quality of great clips for their cuts. State Street Barbers is a family favorite of ours-I’d go there or just go to Great Clips and save some money."

"This place is a real disappointment. I had hoped this would be a nice replacement for the runaround you get at a salon for men’s haircuts…. At least that’s what they tried to sell me on. I paid for two months of a membership, and I was never able to login successfully one time to book an appointment. So I was only ever able to call to try and book an appointment they’re pretty full and you have to book out a long way. That feels exactly like the salon experience to me…. And by the way, the process to cancel your membership is email only… Don’t waste your time on a membership."
"The Goat is OK, but not great. They turn over barbers constantly so if you're looking for consistency, it's not likely to happen. Most of the barbers are pretty fresh out of school so they're not super experienced. This feels like a first job salon. The price is higher that the quality of the products, too."
"My husband got a haircut here and the staff was very friendly and organized. He was going to get the GM, but we were 5 minutes late to his appointment and they said there was only time for the Rookie. The haircut was good 8/10 but it could have been blended a bit better and didn’t look as close to the reference photos as we were hoping (it was cut shorter on the top than we had asked for). Overall good experience and I would recommend this place."
