"I had such a horrible experience with Purple Sky Counseling. I set up a teletherapy appointment and the therapist didn’t show. I had to get permission from my employer to miss a work event for the appointment (of course I had to sign a paper prior to this agreeing to a strict cancellation policy on MY end). I did have someone reach out to me later that evening, but I was upset and crying and didn’t have the headspace to schedule an appointment at that time. We set up a day/time for her to return my call, but she never did. I waited a few days and then called and left a voicemail stating that I had never heard back and I was feeling stressed and wondering what the plan was for setting up another appointment. I still never heard back. A couple of days after that I sent an email expressing my frustration that vulnerable clients are treated with disregard. I never heard back. Getting the courage to call a therapist and seek help is hard! I’m not a demanding person and I’m still confused as to why I was treated this way."

She is clinically sophisticated, empathetic and truly wants to help other clinicians and her clients thrive!
