"Dr Young has incredible bedside manners. He always takes time to not only ask about my medical concerns, but also inquires about my family. He delivered 3 of my 5 daughters and helped me through two miscarriages. My water broke at 26 weeks with my third daughter and I was on hospital bedrest for 40 days before delivering at 31 1/2 weeks. He checked on me often and even got me started on the Harry Potter series by loaning me copies (many years ago when there was only two books). He also performed surgery to help alleviate my endometriosis and later he performed my tubal ligation. I would highly recommend him to anyone!"
"Why are his nurses never giving a call back…? I haven’t even been to my first appointment but I can never get a hold of them. I left so many voice messages the last two weeks after they requested me to call, they never called me back. Why does the receptionist always says they’re ‘short staffed’ everyday I call…? This is so absurd and weird… making me worried if this provider will be available for my medical needs throughout my pregnancy. I had rather the opposite experience at another clinic before. I am on a call with them again and they put me on hold and I am waiting forever again. Last time I asked for a prescription, not only they took more than two days but also they sent it to a completely different pharmacy, not following what I had requested. I ended up waiting forever because I had to wait for them to sign off and send after they forgotten about it and for the other pharmacy to cancel a claim to my insurance… What an incompetent clinic and nurses!"
