"Dogtopia as a company is amazing all the lady's are great super sweet. But I will no longer be bringing my dog to this location because the male trainer they have lifted my dog completely off the ground by her collar. Because she kept spilling the water bowl. Once the daybreak location opens I will go there. But she will not be back to midvale dogtopia because I don't feel safe leaving here there now."
"We love Dogtopia! They are so friendly and the facility is clean. The webcam service to view your dogs is also a great benefit. They had quality play time with our dog and fed him his lunch. We will be coming back for day care going forward."

The staff is great and I am constantly impressed with them and how they remember me and my dog despite there being plenty of other dogs there. "I've had my pup here since they opened, there are always new opening 'bugs' but they have been really kind and tried hard to keep open communication. He is super happy everyday when I bring him here, unlike the last place he was at. I'm very happy with the change. Thank you for taking good care of my dog!"
