The owners have been providing travel supplies and advice for over 40 years and are such experts that they have customized products and worked with manufacturers to provide the absolute best of everything. "Mark has repaired my large twenty-year old Victorinox suitcase several times and he always did a great job. But recently after returning from a long trip I decided it was time to retire it. Mark had previously mentioned that the Brigg’s & Riley Large Expandable Spinner would be a worthy replacement so the other day he demonstrated some of its features and showed me the quality construction. I was immediately sold. It’s a great suitcase. Mark and Becky (and the other guy who I can’t remember his name) are super nice and have tons of experience in the industry and I couldn’t imagine a better place to buy or have your luggage repaired. They are also conveniently located and sell lots of travel accessories that you won’t find elsewhere. Five stars!"

"I have never left negative review for a business but feel compelled to warn against using ILC Travel Outfitters for their luggage repair service. I brought them a cherished but damaged guitar case and their shoddy workmanship has made the case look much worse than it did when I dropped it off. Realizing they provided low quality workmanship, ILC offered a $5 gift certificate on a future purchase I will never make. And YES, this is an After photo and not a BEFORE. I couldn’t be more disappointed."
