"My wife dealt with Joeseph. I put the order in online, they called me the night before and told me only one of my tires got shipped. Joseph asked me why that tire and I explained that I had done quite a bit of research and that was rated best in class. He quickly realized I only wanted that tire and asked me what he could do to make it right, I told him if they could just find a way to do it the same day, that would work. He told me it would be a challenge but he made it happen with only a 2 hour delay. A lot of people might write a bad review, but I always look as a problem as an opportunity to show me what kind of company you are, are this company is one that keeps you informed, is straight forward, and does what they can for the customer. They do it right and treat you right, very happy customer."

"This particular Discount Tires location has unprofessional employees, making it the worst one by far. I strongly advise staying away from this store. Despite being a loyal customer of DT since 2017 and having visited 10 different locations in three states, my recent experience at this location was unacceptable. Maricus, the Store Manager, demonstrated a lack of customer service skills and needs to undergo retraining to improve his behavior towards customers. Furthermore, Logan damaged my wheel and attempted to hide it, which is dishonest and unacceptable. Fortunately, Adam Espinoza, the Regional VP for Oklahoma, was very apologetic and visited the store to ensure that my wheel was replaced. However, it has been almost a month since the incident occurred, and I have given the store plenty of opportunities to correct the issue. As a paying customer, I expect to receive what I paid for without any damages or excuses. Reporting this store to Discount Tires Regional Office is necessary and it is very sad to have to reach out to them in order to get something done. Never ever will visit this store!!!"
