"Walked in there were like 5 girls standing around chip chatting. Ask them if they had a replacement lid. And they said they don't have any extras with the very short attitude. I'm sure they could have used their resources or spoken with the manager to make it right with this customer. Will not be coming back. "I didn’t have high customer service expectations because Sephora usually has pretty rude employees, but this place was shockingly worse than usual. I waited around for over twenty minutes to buy some things for my daughter because the only lady working there was pacing around the store on a loud, angry personal phone call. Just save yourself the trouble and go next door to Ulta. Kohl’s is gross anyway."
