"Booked for my boyfriend and I for Valentines. Since he’s been going through a lot thought this would be a great idea plus I’d be our first ever massage. BUT, Sunday 2/11 we walked into our am appointment and the receptionist made the experience difficult.. even asking her general questions seemed like it would bother her. Showed her a valid gift card promo for Valentines & wasn’t going to honor it because she didn’t find it. However, she found it after I asked if she could look once again. Now this isn’t about saving $20.. she didn’t care enough to look until I asked. Second, the receptionist asked this therapist that seemed like she was in a rush if she had time to take a 25 min massage in front of my boyfriend.. mind you this was scheduled a week before hand for 9am when the place is completely dead. Was pretty bummed out about that because this was supposed to be a place to relieve stress, but the whole check in process was stressful. My therapist was AMAZING. She asked me questions, told me what to do, made me feel comfortable and gave me a few tips. My boyfriend on the other hand, had massage done with shoes on, that’s how bad communication was. When he was walked into the message room he wasn’t told to get comfortable, like take off his shirt or shoes. To top it off, I added more enhancements for my boyfriend and one of the enhancements wasn’t serviced. Everything really started off wrong with the receptionist that assisted us that morning. . I’ve never left negative feedback but this wasn’t okay specially when it’s a stress free environment. The place is pretty clean/nice and actually the receptionist that helped me on the phone to help me book a few days prior was the BEST, she understood it was going to be our first experience and pinned pointed details and recommendations. With this experience I won’t be coming again which doesn’t matter but the people who work there should at least make this time valuable for their customers because we go there for the reason of getting rid of stress or what ever it is we’re there for."
