Massage Envy

"The front desk staff and managers at this location are incredibly shady and untrustworthy. I've had to dispute several charges from this location due to the front desk lying to me or not cancelling my subscription after I filled out the paperwork. This place continues to go downhill, and the inability to keep massage therapists highlights their poor business practices. After cancelling my subscription, I was told that they had renewed 1 of my expired massage sessions and encouraged me to book an appointment for this since I had already paid for it. It had expired because there was 1 massage therapist and no availability for several months, so I booked a massage for a month out. After that massage was over, the same front desk person told me she just checked and I actually no longer had a remaining massage, so now I owed $120. Due to obvious declining business, lack of massage therapists/customers, and prior experience with this location - I believe this was deliberate and I will be making a complaint with the parent company."

"Made an online appointment one month prior and find out a few days before the appointment that the therapist’s child is sick and had to cancel. No issue. I was offered to reschedule, which I did, and was assured I would receive a follow up text confirming the time and details the day before the appointment. I didn’t receive it, so I call the day of to find out my appointment for the reschedule was NEVER booked AND the soonest they could get me in was one month later. Very disorganized front staff and not trustworthy."

"All the good estheticians have quit due to management. The manager refuses to deal with customer issues for weeks at a time. The last facial I had the esthetician left black product all over my face. Would avoid this place if you want a quality facial."

"They finally have an amazing stretch person on staff. Hands down, Angelina is the best stretch therapist. Also, shout out to Alexis for an amazing massage. You should definitely get on their schedule before they get completely booked. This location has done a complete 180. Several months ago, I just quit trying to book anything there. I'm impressed with the new staff."

"First time going and I will be going back! The two front desk workers Kadin and Brianna was very helpful and enjoyable to talk too! Edna who gave me the massage was very nice. Once we walked into the room we went over what I was getting today and where I was needing it. She was also enjoyable to talk to during parts of the massage."
