"I feel like this place is way underrated. All I did was dry clean my suit but it was fast (3 days) and pretty inexpensive–especially if you’re a BYU student and don’t pay tax (~15 dollars for my suit). They did a great job!"
"I asked them to bring in the ANKLES of my two pairs of lululemon pants ($150 pants each) and they brought in the whole entire leg from the knee down and I literally couldn’t even wear the pants because they were so tight on my calf. I took them back in and they said there was nothing they could do lol. If you like your clothes, DO NOT bring them here to get altered. And turnaround time is like a month as well. Very poor service and even poorer quality."

"I LOVE BYU Laundry/Dry Cleaning but I have never had a worse experience getting clothes tailored. I took in two brand new suits to be tailored for a new job I started in a couple months, and the lady said they wouldn't be able to get them done for 2 months- which okay, I can understand that, they're understaffed and work on a lot of clothes, totally fine. But I finally went in to try on the suits after 2 months passed and the entire lining of the jackets were not sewn in?! The fabric that was sewn was wrinkled and crooked, and you could tell it was a rushed job, as if they put minimal effort into them. I asked the lady if there was anyway I could have the suits fixed and touched up by end of the following week. And she said "We're too busy, you either wait now and I sew them now, or you're going to have to wait another two months." (Excuse me- What?! As if I didn't just wait two months for them and I come pick them up and they're not completed). I wait for her to sew them, pay the ridiculous amount I had to for the poor job. I took them somewhere else and paid to have them fixed. Do not EVER get clothes tailored here, it's worth to pay more somewhere else where you know they will do a good job."
