"We had a vent not blowing any air in a bedroom, so we wanted to get a video camera inspection. Their website was one of the few websites that advertised this, so I figured I would give them a call. I scheduled an appointment for a Monday, but no one showed up. I persistently called throughout that day and got a different person every time. Every time, they would apologize and tell me that they'd look into it and get back to me. And I never got a call back. Eventually, I finally got them to commit to a time (had to wait until the next week) and they did show up. They couldn't get the camera all the way to the end of the line because he lost the equipment in a previous house. And repeatedly rammed his camera line in the vent damaging some of the vent work. He said everything looked good, but that he would talk to his HVAC person to see what options we should pursue. He charged me the $89 for a full camera inspection even though he couldn't get a full view of the vent. I never got a call back from them. Sounds like others have had a positive experience, but they didn't show up when they said they would. They weren't able to even do a proper inspection. And they still have not gotten back to me... I called up Any Hour service the next day and they came out and did a camera inspection for free."

"Seemed like a great company to deal with at first. Made an appointment for dryer vent cleaning. Got a call the day before saying they double booked for that day which was not a big deal. Had to make a new appointment for the next week at the same time. Then next week appointment time came and no one showed up. Didnt even get a call or anything. Im going to try another company"

"I would be happy to change this review if I received the followup committed. I scheduled an appointment for a second floor dryer vent cleaning. We waited for the visit and no one showed up or called. I called twice to reschedule and no response until the third call. The person was nice, apologized and scheduled someone to come out same day. Once again, we waited for the visit and no one showed up or called a second time. Now three calls later no one responds to reschedule. Poor follow through and customer service after scheduling."

"I originally hired these guys to come out and perform a camera inspection in a room that wasn’t getting as much air as I thought it should. The technician that came out was amazing and after seeing what was inside my vents I most certainly had to have them cleaned. They did an amazing job and the price was fair! I have had my ducts cleaned once previously at a different home and my experience with said company was not a good one. However, these guys rocked!! Worked hard to ensure they got all the dust and bits and pieces of left over construction that was lurking. The techs that came to my house were here for about 3 hours and when it was all said and done I definitely would use them again!"
