I haven't shopped around much because right now I favor convenience and service over price but your pricing seems to be higher than most. Yes - you often get what you pay for - but that is all that holds me back from 5 stars. I am a satisfied customer."

"I had a pair of jeans hemmed here and they did a great job with them! They even had them finished before they had projected to be done. Side note, make sure you have the length that you would like marked in some way before you go. They don't have changing rooms or measuring tape there. So you need to know before you go in."

"Dependable, reliable, and good cleaning service. When my heavy long woolen beautiful Sunday coat was cleaned, they stitched up the hem where the stitching had come out. I like not having to remember to go pick up dry cleaning. Occasionally, they do break the little buttons on my husbands shirts, and I have to replace them. But that has been the case with every dry cleaner I've used. When I have forgotten to put out the clothing bag, I get a phone call to remind me and they wait a minute for me to get out the bag, which is very kind of them. They try to help the scouts gather food for the homeless. It's a nice company. Maybe a little bit pricey, but prices are going up everywhere."

"I can't think of many worse experiences a first time customer at this dry cleaner could have. Here's my tale of woe. I dropped off two suits and a pair of pants this past Tuesday and was told it would be sixty dollars, but they would be ready the next day. I thought ok, the fast turnaround would be worth it. The next day I made a special trip to pick up my items. I received a text and an email that all 5 pieces were ready. Yay! When I arrived, the attendant brought out 1 pair of pants but couldn't find the suits. He helped other customers ahead of me and told me the suits might be on the next truck the next day. So I left after waiting 20 minutes empty handed. I came back the next day. The different attendant was a little nicer, but the suits still couldn't be found. He let me take the pants and said he would scour the store for the suits. About 30 minutes later he called me and said they were found. I returned this morning for a third time to retrieve the suits. They were there. I was charged full price even though there was a note on the receipt saying I had already picked up the pants. So if you want to deal with a different person every time you go to this location, overpay for poor service and waste a bunch of time for your dry cleaning, I highly recommend using Red Hanger in Saratoga Springs. As for me, I'll be looking elsewhere."
