"Got a quote for gutter cleaning. They said they would arrive on Tuesday and would call if something came up. No calls. I called the following day and got their service who said they would pass on the message. Still no call back. It’s now Thursday and not a word. Guess I will try someone else."
"This company ghosted me twice. The man who came out to do the estimate was nice enough and seemed knowledgeable, so I decided to book with them. On the scheduled day, I was stuck waiting. When 30 minutes had gone by, I called them, and the guy I spoke with sounded super apologetic and said their contractor had called off so they weren’t coming today. It was a little odd that I had to call them to figure out this information, but stuff happens. The rescheduled day has come and gone and I haven’t heard anything from LG. It’s disappointing because I had been looking forward to getting this done with, and now I have to start over with someone else. I understand that plans change, but it’s pretty inconsiderate to not call your customers and to just not show up. Twice."

They were also able to help in another area of the roof that the power company had damaged. I will be using them again if another issue like this comes up. Overall they are professional and did great job."
