"My carpets needed some serious TLC! My son and his dog lived with me for a year and after he moved out, the carpets were scary! Creek came out and made my carpets look brand new! He was on time and gave great after care instructions. This is the second time I’ve used them, the first time was for the dental office that I work at. Every time I’ve use them the results are the same. FANTASTIC!!!!"

"Honestly wasn’t satisfied with the job at all. They did not remove any furniture after they said they would move anything that needed to be moved. The carpet was left super wet. My stairs were left the same just wet. There was no scrubbing on the stairs. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, nice people but the job was horrible. You’re better off getting/renting a carpet cleaner and doing it yourself."

"*EDIT - To the OWNDER I love that you are ONLY addressing the pricing but if your answer is our prices are on the website you should not be giving quotes over the phone or at the VERY least be transparent enough to send the quote via email or communicate it BEFORE the service is done. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was charged twice the amount I was quoted, of course AFTER the "cleaning" was done. I called the company to talk to them regarding the price and was quickly dismissed saying I was wrong and "I have been doing this for over 50 years and would never have quoted you that". When I asked what the charge is for a full room instead of just the traffic areas (I only had the traffic areas done) he told me " we charge the same for that. If we clean a whole room it costs us more hourly & more for supplies so we charge the same". Not sure how that makes any sense. I had my son home supervising the cleaning as I had to work. When I got home around 9 hours after the cleaning was complete the chemical smell was terrible & the carpets feel worse than before I had them cleaned. They are hard and sticky feeling. I cannot afford another cleaner to come fix this so I am now out my money and have nastier carpets than when I started. DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY CLEAN YOUR CARPETS unless you like to throw money away."

"My family had a terrible experience with this company. They have used them for years without an issue or a call back to fix a job. They pride themselves in maintaining the carpets in their home, so they weren't unusually dirty. Based on their last interaction and third visit it seems the company has gone downhill in quality and customer service. Took them three visits to get the carpet clean. The first time they did it, it looked worse than before. Came back to "fix it" and they were still not clean. The third and final time they came, the technician they sent was very condescending, rude and would not listen to their concerns. He acted very put out and definitely made them feel like an inconvenience. He acted like he was doing them a favor. If it would have been done right the first time, or even the second time this wouldn't have been an issue. From the way my family was treated they will not be using or recommending this company any longer. I'm not pleased with the way my family was treated so neither will I. Beware of using this company if you have to ask them to come back to fix a bad job. If you get the same technician they had, he will not be nice about it. Gave one star because the carpets did eventually get clean, but no one should have to deal with someone that is rude about fixing something that was not done right. Would not recommend based on what they experienced and especially how they were treated."

"I dont usually write reviews, but I just had to for this experience! Absolutely excellent! From the first call everything went smooth, even questions I didnt think to ask got answered and I got follow up calls with them verifying the address multiple times. I hired them for carpet cleaning for moving out of our rental. I wasnt sure on the room sizes, but even after noticing that one of the rooms was too big they still honored the quote they gave me. I was out of the house at the time of service. I later learned that one of the technicians even went so far as to help my roommates move boxes into the garage while waiting for his partner to finish the pretreatment. After my roommates left for the day these guys locked up the house by going out through the garage for us. Honestly, hands down, best customer service I've ever encountered. I was thoroughly impressed by the kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile while also maintaining professionalism. I highly reccomend Deluxe Carpet Cleaning."
