"Update: talked to owner and he explained the dry cleaning process for these types of comforts. He Apologized on behalf of the company and did store credit. Great professionalism. Glad to see companies stand by their word. Will try them again. Took down comforters in a week ago and got them back Friday. I opened the bags and I'm pretty sure they were not even cleaned. All the stains were still there. I paid $70 for dirty blankets. I cleaned them with shout extra and it all came out. Poor service. Feel ripped off."
"I asked for no starch so instead they high heat pressed all my shirts and left melted spots on all 5, espicially where the pockets had buttons. There are even wrinkles pressed into a few of them. Multiple collars and pockets wrecked. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, BEWARE!"

I now go to them for all my dry cleaning and they do a great job every time! A very professional and honest company with affordable prices."
