TruRinse® Carpet Cleaning

"We LOVE TruRinse!!!! We have now used them 3 times since moving into our home in 2018. Each time my carpet looks just as good as it did the day we moved in. We went a little longer between visits this last time and my daughter’s room had so many nail polish stains/who knows what else! Vince and Ben were able to remove every stain on the carpets except for an old slime stain, that we already knew wouldn’t come up! I was very impressed with both of them taking the extra time to make sure they went over each stain as many times as they could to make sure proper removal happened. My daughter’s carpets look brand new! We also love how much water their system sucks back up and how quickly the carpets dry. I always get the protectant spray and their spot spray bottle as well to hold me over between cleanings! Just a great company all around and always get what is promised. My house smells amazing and my carpets look brand new!"

"I was so excited to use TruRinse! I overall feel like they did a great job. They have amazing corner covers to prevent damage to your moldings and furniture. They are the only service that I have used where they come in and actually vacuumed the rooms and stairs. I am also so impressed that they did a spot clean, and looked over the carpets. I was really impressed with that. Our service tech Ben was friendly, but I did feel like he was in a big rush to finish the job. My biggest issue was our stairs were not vacuumed very well. I had to run downstairs to grab something after the vacuuming was done and there was still so much on the carpets. I picked up lots of debris coming back up. I feel like the service is very fair as far as price. I will definitely be using them again. My house feels and smells fresh! Extremely grateful!"

"I have used TruRinse for years and highly recommend them. They are very professional and they always do a great job. I recently had them clean the carpet in a rental property. The tenants had been there for 7 years. They left the carpet very dirty. There was one spot that was particularly bad and had red stains as well. I thought for sure it was never going to come clean but to my amazement they got the stain out and it looks like new!"
