Red Hanger - Bountiful

"My work has a contract with red hanger, so that’s why I brought my work uniform here. Firstly, the contract with my work says that I can bring 4 garments a week, and the turnover is suppose to be 24 hours, and completely covered by my work. I took 2 garments in at the end of my work week, on a Friday, and didn’t get a message that my clothing was down until Monday (after my work week started). Employee then told me that I had to pay, but that it was a discount. I didn’t make a fuss, and I just paid it. I clarified with my work, and they said that I should not have had to pay anything. Seems like they don’t know their contracts very well. I live close, but I’ll be going to a different location from now on, and will not be recommending it to my coworkers. 2 stars because employee was nice and responsive when I called."

"This was my first visit and it was very pleasant! The lady who greeted me was super nice and engaging. I received a text when my garments were finished offering free delivery which I declined (I’d rather pick them up). When I returned to pick up the garments, I was greeted by a really nice guy at the counter who was also very nice and engaging!! I’ll be back for all my dry cleaning needs! The customer service and presentation of my garments were top notch!"
