"This is the worst place I've ever been. The guy sit in the front desk set up appointment for me and I went to this clinic twice on time. Each time they made me wait at least 30 minutes to see a nurse assistant not even doctor himself. What is even worse is the guy sit in the front desk gave me paper to fill it out and I did it at the first visitation. But on my second visit ,the nurse assistant asked me fill it out the same form again because she was told that I refuse to fill it out at the first time. Which is completely false. I called and talked to the manager, not only did she tried to cover up the guy's false statement but blame on me. Where is my medical history which I have fill it out, does the guy took it, that's the question. Everything is big mass in this place. Don't suggest anyone visit this place. Really bad and dishonest."
"1-Every time we arrive at the clinic around 30 minutes earlier and wait for another 30 minutes to get in then waiting another 30 minutes to see the doctor for 5 minutes 2- last time the doctor said that my son has a fungal infection on his arm, No prescription sent to the pharmacy, I called the Nurse number, left a voicemail (as always, no response ) after another two days the pharmacy called that hydrocortisone cream is ready for my son ( No fungal treatment?!!) I called the nurse again, left another voicemail asking a bout the fungal treatment, No one called me back, a few days later I went to the pharmacy, still the same medication (hydrocortisone)?!!!"
"My PCP is Dr. Wakefield but it used to be Dr. Lewis . Both doctors and the whole staff are great. This is my medical home and I would not like to go anywhere else. Thank you all!"
