"Disappointed. I took a pair of sweatpants in to have the drawstring re-attached and the staff (Allyson) told me it could be done. I received a call saying my item was ready for pickup. When I got there they cleaned the item (which I didn't request) and failed to repair the drawstring. The staff who was there when I arrived to get my item (Kyle) contacted a manager who told him that they don't do those types of alterations. I was misled to believe they could help and was disappointed to find they don't have the ability to repair a drawstring on a pair of sweatpants."

"I took some dress clothes for my 2 sons here to be dry cleaned and they came back to me nice and clean and pressed properly. The employees are very nice and easy to deal with. No complaints here. The location is great for us! I'm happy it's there."

"Don't waste your time with red hanger, they consistently send me my shirts back with stains that aren't removed....see photos.....even after contacting them about the stained shorts I sent them back and they still come back with stains that aren't removed.......and don't think you'll get a refund either, I've been promised a refund for 25 different shirts and haven't seen any refund......I'm done with the problems. This company has laundering and pressing problems from hell....."
