I felt reassured that everything would be cleaned up and taken care of. Kevin explained exactly what was being done and why it needed to be done. The crew was on time and willing to use the back entrance to the basement. Lexi from the Servpro office called every day to let me know when the crew would arrive. She was always kind and helpful.
