"Biggest Disappointment Ever! NO TRUCK MOUNTED EQUIPMENT, THEY DO NOT STEAM CLEAN OR provide EXTRACTION of chemicals! They use a manually operated buffer! The dirt and smells remain! When brought to their attention, they would not work with me, although their google add states clearly " steam cleaning" No stars! Attached are pictures of the equipment that was used. As you can see, the photographs clearly show that this piece of equipment is not a steam cleaner or extraction service. Everything is left in the carpets."

"Sam did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. I dont have anything bad to say about the work he did for me and the amazing low price. Every stain in concern he got out and everything looks great! However, I do have an 8 camera security system in and out side my house, the person he brought with him asked me if she could use my restroom in which I said sure. She was in there over 10 minutes and after all was said and done and they left, my wife went into the restroom to get ready to goto dinner and her 200.00 flat iron that she left on the counter to cool, was missing... we looked everywhere just incase it was misplaced, we reviewed the camera footage and seen a large bulge in the womans shirt upon leaving. I contacted sam and she said she didn't take it. We contacted the police and they reviewed the footage and charges are now pressed against her. Sam and his cleaning service are amazing, just make sure he comes alone.."
