I have used other carpet cleaners in the past nice people but the quality isn't even comparable to Vital Clean's results. Jimmy was able to repair our carpet that needed to be streched in a few areas quickly. He also removed cat urine that we had try to remove ourselves various enyzme/vinegar methods and just never could get it out of a 10 year old couch and made it look and feel brand new.
